Terms and Conditions

Sessions rules: Every child must be in Bangkok KIDDY-KICKS uniform for all lessons and wear shin pads and appropriate footwear depending on the facility being used. Please also respect the rules and regulations of the venue / facility we are using at all times.

Lesson Cancellations: Lessons will be postponed / cancelled during lightning storms if the lightning is too close; we will conduct classes when it is raining, unless there is a severe storm. If you are unsure if the class will be cancelled please try to attend. We may schedule replacement lessons or credit if Bangkok KIDDY-KICKS classes are cancelled by us.

Illness & Injury: Bangkok KIDDY-KICKS and the venue owner(s) assumes no liability for illness or injury, resulting from the lessons. Parents are responsible for the children obeying the safety rules, and not interfering with other lessons. Please ensure that you have adequate insurance for participating in our activities.

Replacement lessons: If your child does not attend a lesson for whatever reason, you will not get a refund. Bangkok KIDDY-KICKS offers replacement lessons during term time at different times and days at the same venue or at different venues. Replacement lessons cannot be guaranteed and are subject to space being available in your requested replacement lessons. If you wish to arrange a replacement lesson you must first contact our office by email  to confirm which session you wish to attend at least 2 days before the class. You will then be informed if there is space for your child to participate. Players simply turning up at a session without confirming first run the risk of not being accepted in the class if the class is full. On a case by case basis we will discuss crediting lessons for students affected by long term illness or injury. Please let us know quickly if your child will be absent for an extended period of time.

Fees: Term and any uniform fees are payable by the second week of term. These fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If your child will not be here for the entire term or is starting in the middle of a term, fees will be calculated as 550 baht per class AFTER more than 2 classes have been / will be missed. Before this time the full term fee is payable. Fees can be paid at our reception areas at each centre or put in a sealed envelope and handed to a Bangkok KIDDY-KICKS coach at the beginning or end of the session.

Uniform Fee: Our Uniform fee is free of charge for any new member and 1000 baht thereafter. All players MUST be in Bangkok KIDDY-KICKS uniform within 2 weeks of joining our training.

Communications: Please be aware that we correspond with parents by e-mail for any changes / cancellations and new term times etc. Please ensure that we have an up to date e-mail address for you.

Code Of Conduct

During the coaching hours of any Bangkok KIDDY-KICKS sessions, the coaching staff have full responsibility for the children within our care.
For this reason, Bangkok KIDDY-KICKS reserve the right for their coaching staff to have full authority for the coaching of your children during our sessions.

  • In any session where we are playing a match, parents will be asked to please use the appropriate viewings. Only KIDDY-KICKS coaching staff and the children playing the match may enter the pitch area.
  • There will always be adequate viewing areas available and parents are welcome to watch the matches.
  • Parents are not permitted to stand pitch side or behind / next to the goal
  • Parents are not permitted to coach or shout advice or give any instructions to any child including their own during  matches. You are there to watch your child (and enjoy watching them play) and nothing more. If the children are to get the most from our matches, it is important that the only voices they hear are the coaches and that they are allowed to make their own decisions. Any deviation from this code will not be tolerated from any parent.
  • Encourage your child to speak with the coach. If your child is having difficulties in games, encourage them to speak directly to the coaches. This ???responsibility taking?? is a big part of becoming a mature person. By handling off the field tasks, your child is claiming ownership of all aspects of the game.
  • Making mistakes is all part of the learning process. Please accept that mistakes will happen and do not show frustration or disappointment when they arise. > If you need to speak to your child during a session, please speak with one of the coaching team first.
  • We only have limited contact time with the children and we would like to use this time fully. It will help us to do this if you can deliver your child promptly.
  • If parents have comments on our sessions we ask that they be saved for an appropriate time, either at the end of the sessions (or if another session is about to start) at the beginning of their session the following week. We welcome comments from you and coaches will be available prior to and at the end of coaching sessions to answer questions. Alternatively please feel free to contact us on info@kiddy-kicks.com with any questions and comments if you cannot speak to us at these times.
